Date/Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays in August
10:00AM – 12:00PM
Location: Arts Center of Yates County, 127 Main Street, Penn Yan
Description: A different class, a different project twice weekly throughout the summer. Take one, take all or anywhere in between. Pre-registration is strongly advised, although drop-ins will be accepted when space is available.
Cost: $5.00 per class (recommended for ages 6-13)

The Sons of the Union Veterans of the Civil War is a fraternal organization dedicated to preserving the history and legacy of heroes who fought and worked to save the Union. Organized in 1881 and chartered by Congress in 1954, they are the legal successor to the Grand Army of the Republic. The SUVCW work within in our community preserving graves, monuments and memorials honoring Union heroes. The local Department Commander is Robert Pugsley and you can find out more information by calling 585-393-1170.
